Do I need to brief you in detail?+
Whatever you've got. Polished briefs, rough notes, even a Loom — we'll come back with clarifying questions if needed.
Requests & turnaround
How many requests can I submit?+
Unlimited. Add as many as you want to your queue. We work on them based on your plan's active request limit.
How long does each request take?+
Most are returned in 24–48 hours. Larger scopes are broken into daily deliverables so you always see progress.
What if I don't like the first round?+
Unlimited revisions. We keep iterating until it's perfect.

Can I pause my plan?+
Yes — anytime, from your dashboard. We'll save your remaining time for when you come back.
